Southcreek Loop, legs felt good.  Rainy out, threw in a few strides. Tomorrow is Run the Burg in the morning (5k with after party till 5PM With free beer), and Tour de Burg in the evening (bike pub crawl).  Thinking about putting in some hot tub time between the two to make it a true Buffalo triathalon.

Fontana days gave me a 13.1 sticker, even though I'm running the 5k. It's all yours if you want it since you actually earned it! Good luck tomorrow ... Hot tubbing sounds like the best part!
