Up early then headed up to the Shoreline trail and took that over to Emigration Canyon.  Cheered on people, then ran down to foothill and did the same.  Then down to Liberty Park, unfortunately I was a minute late to see Fritz dip under 2:22, but I was there to see everyone else who went sub 3 on the day.  Congrats to everyone who ran the 10k and marathon today.

Another run around the aves to bump up the mileage yo!

Thanks for the PB GU at mile 15. Those are the best.

That run you did on Sunday sounds cool. I need more trail runs. Good to see you out on the course while I was pacing the first woman. I was trying to make Steve laugh at the end of the race and I swear there were some spectators looking at him thinking "man, that chick is ripped". He made me stop though because he was almost doubling over. Have you ever tried to race while laughing real hard? It's not easy.

The trail loop is great, gradual climb so not too bad unless you're hungover. And it's hard to do much of anything but run at the end of a marathon.
