9.5  First run of the year on the shoreline trail. Still needs a few days to completely thaw out but it was a good run. Went really slow and easy after blasting my legs yesterday.

I also ate a whole pizza yesterday, half for lunch and half for dinner. I feel like a true American.

3.3 To my friends house and back.

Good job on the pizza. Now you'll have to try my new American favorite, the tagalong milkshake (vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and half a box of girl scout cookies).
